Very acceptable accommodations within a 20 minute walk to the Pompeii ruins. I was impressed with the staff - Gennaro and Claudia especially. The breakfast was exceptional. Nice patio to relax in the afternoon. Great location for dinner options as well, we walked everywhere we went in Pompei Thank you Hotel Diana!

Great spot for a visit to Pompei, hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and one of the main train stations, and only 10 minutes walk from the entrance to the archeological ruins. Staff were friendly and kept our bags for us after checking out.
Room was spacious and clean, beds were okay (not bad, not the most comfortable). The included breakfast had plenty of options and it was a highlight being able to eat outside in their lovely garden full of lemon trees.
Very clean, great shower, nice back garden to sit and chill, it's in a very good location and would recommend staying here.
The location was clean, comfortable and near the train station and Pompei ruins.
It was the best accommodation we stayed in Italy on our 12 days trip in several cities. I had low expectations regarding accommodation in this country, but it was acceptable for my standards.
Friendly staff. Pet friendly hotel. Perfect location if one is going to visit the ruins. They let us park the car and trailer at their parking even after we checked out so we could visit the ruins. We were allowed to borrow the restroom a couple of times later on during the day as well. We will pick the same hotel if we come back to Pompeii.
Room number 8 , in the other building is wonderfully clean and comfortable, but it is very very noisy. The room above us seemed to have a horse clip clopppig from 5:30 in the morning, both mornings. It was impossible to sleep with the constant noise
It was unbearable.
The staff at the hotel was lovely and very accommodating . Good value for money. But avoid that room number 8.
Cheap and walking distance to the ruins.
The young receptionist Francesa who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely wonderful.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!
